... the calender is now live and up for sale! :)

It took a lot of time, and we had to dodge several hindrances along the way, and while we managed to get around them safely, they did delay us... with almost two months past the Beginning of the Calender, and some 4 months later than we originally had as the goal.

... but we did it, and thats what really matters

I want to thank all of you who donated your time, skill and arts to this project, without you it would simply not have come through. :)

What response we will get to the result of the project and how much revenue it will create, if any, benefitting Relay of Life in the end, has yet to be seen, but no matter what and how much, I on my part consider this project worth doing, to give it a try and use ones skills (or others in my case) to help a good cause getting ahead.

Its been great working together with all of you, I've been amazed on how much work you've put into the project, and I am looking forward to look up on my wall for the next 1½ and see the result of the collaboration.

Thanks Legomegacy, Alvaro, V.F, Ron, Jerrie ), MissAnnoying, Blkknight, Kaje, Jim, Jay, Teagle, Rocky, CD, Alejandro, Emjar, Riley and Joff

... and also not to forget, among others, Gnume, Xade and Pam for help and advice along the way

This may not be the last project of this kind, but before thinking of anything, I would like to see how this one pans out.
So... start advertising people! :D

Links to Store and Calender as well as Promotional Image

Thanks all!

Its a sad case... the case of the calender being taken down by Zazzle due to "copyright infringement"... which, after some talk back and forth, consisted of the images obviously being associated with the various sites whose links were on the images... which meant that they were not "mine" and I had not permission to use them! ... according to Zazzle.

Off course this happened while I was under a week long internet-shortage due to a lightning frizzled router, from which I'm just returned yesterday, so I've been unable to contact all of you artists and ask for your to write a mail in which you state that you are the maker of the image and owner of the site in question and has given your permission to use said image for the Calender!

... I'm working on that part just now :|

When we've done that, Zazzle will reinstate the permission to put the calender up for sale...

Another thing learned...

Okay, just wanted to give the State Of the Calender, the general update on the project...

Seems like we finally have put the last hurdles behind us, Zazzle has received enough written permissions to accept the product. We have put it up again for sale, and the first issues have already been sold, shipped and at least one received! :D

So, this means we are, finally, live and selling, so now we just need to put as much publicity out as possible so we can see a good number of calenders and benefit the good cause!

The calender can be found here.

Once again, thanks for having done such a great job everyone!
